Membership and e-RCMC issuance for Sports Goods and Toys exporters is processed digitally via the Government of India DGFT Common Digital Platform.
As per DGFT Trade Notice No. 35/2021-22, all applications for new RCMC, amendment, and renewal must be submitted through the DGFT portal.
Follow this simple procedure on the DGFT system to submit your application
Visit the official Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) portal at https://www.dgft.gov.in/CP/ and log in using your valid Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) credentials.
Under the top navigation menu, go to 'Services' → Select 'e-RCMC' → Click on 'Apply for Issuance of RCMC / Registration-cum-Membership Certificate'.
Select 'Sports Goods & Toys Export Promotion Council' from the council dropdown list. Choose your applicant category (Manufacturer Exporter or Merchant Exporter).
Upload required company documents (GST, MSME/Udyam if applicable, CA turnover certificate) and verify export product lines (HS codes).
Sign the electronic application using your Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) or Aadhaar e-Sign, pay the council membership fee online, and receive your tracking number.
